The kneepads are made of a very soft fabric, they protect very well my knees, they don’t hurt anymore during my pole sessions ^^. They are a bit tight at first but I only used them once and I already felt more comfortable in them by the end of the session to the point where I forgot about wearing them. The color is perfect for me. Very happy with my purchase! My pole dance teacher recommended me Queen Polewear and I recommend them too! They are really invested in our satisfaction. Thx Queen !

They offer great protection for sensitive knees (and I have VERY sensitive knees and chronic and autoimmune diseases). They are very sustainable, I bruise easily from every little rubbing or slight hit and these protect me!
Great for anyone prioritizing protection and with extreme dance moves!
The nude-latte color blends really well with my light skin. They’re very comfy too, no rough edges and breathable, as well as feel light and pleasant on the skin for long periods of time.
Cons: they do slide a bit when I sweat, and slide a lot over pants or tights. They soak up sweat and some smell can remain (as opposed to other knee pads I have) – they also tend to show sweat marks which are a bit difficult to remove (on the nude-latte color at least).
I tried a lot of knee pads and I say: do yourself a favor and buy these!

Yes, knee pads from leggings and tights will slip more and we recommend using a suspender belt, it will prevent the knee pad from slipping on the leg.
Of course, nude colors will get more dirty and require more frequent washing than black knee pads.
